Clarke Energy will be one of the official sponsors of the 2018 International Business Festival, held in our home city of Liverpool from 12th to 28 June 2018. This innovative event is designed to deliver business growth through the sharing of  knowledge, insight and ideas, enabling the creation of new, lucrative connections, with investors, buyers and partners, to secure future business.

The world’s biggest international business festival will host more than 40 major global events across 9 high growth, industry themed days:

13th June – Urbanisation & Cities Day – will examine the considerable leadership and governance challenges that must be overcome if cities are to fulfil their potential as engines for growth. Cities are home to almost half of the world’s population therefore the need for reliable power is vast, such as at the combined heat and power (CHP) plant at The Shard, on the south bank of the River Thames, London.

14th June – Sustainable Energy Day – Alex Marshall, Group Marketing and Compliance Director for Clarke Energy, is scheduled to speak on the main stage during the day which will look at the new technologies that will power the clean energy economy and will ask how else we can replace ‘less’ for ‘better’. Clarke Energy has also recently supplied its first hybrid solution using gas engines and storage, demonstrating engineering capabilities to deliver microgrid projects.
