Lachlan Richard and William Ingram, who embarked on their apprenticeships with Clarke Energy in 2020, have recently transitioned into full-time roles, embodying the success of our training initiatives. Both William and Lachlan, have shown exceptional growth and skill development throughout their apprenticeships. Their transition to full-time roles within our field service team signifies not just an end to their apprenticeship journey but the beginning of a promising career path at Clarke Energy Australia. Commencing their apprenticeships at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, their perseverance, commitment, and determination came to the fore as they travelled to remote parts of Australia, gaining hands-on experience and on-the-job training on the Kohler and Jenbacher products, despite the travel restrictions and uncertainties which COVID presented to us all.
