Clarke Energy will be sponsoring the 2nd annual Gas Options: North & West Africa Summit conference which is being delivered by EnergyNet and will be held on the 14th and 15th of November 2018 in Marrakech, Morocco. Gas Options North and West Africa will be co-located with the 2nd Africa Renewable Energy Forum.
Gas Options North and West Africa will be attended by national, regional and international stakeholders investing gin the gas to power and gas supply chains.
This meeting will explore opportunities for gas energy project development across North & West Africa. Energy Ministers and governments officials from Morocco, Mauritania, Nigeria, Senegal, Burkina Faso, Ghana and Sierra Leone will participate alongside leading investors from the gas energy sector.
The 2nd annual Gas Options: North & West Africa will focus on the potential of business partnerships for synergies between gas, power and renewables, with a particular focus on new scenario for energy markets to evaluate the consistency of economic and climate objectives as well as investment forecast in clean energy projects. Projects to be discussed include the new Gas discoveries in West Africa; the future potential of Senegal and Mauritania as new players in natural gas supply along with Morocco’s LNG to power project and the Moroccan LNG National Development Plan will also come under the spotlight.
